Electrification should make energy cleaner and cheaper—not riskier or more resource-intensive.
At
Weven, we build battery systems for energy storage based on sodium-ion battery cells using a novel cathode technology that out-perform today’s LFP packs on three fronts:

  • Safety – next level safety and significantly lower failure rates than even Lithium LFP.
  • Lifespan, lower cost per kWh – driven by the longer life span of the batteries, along with the planned Energy Management System with AI driven optimization of decisions within the user's energy systems and between the users' systems.
  • True circularity – every component can be utlimately sourced, assembled, recycled inside the EU. Its low cost recycling cost means you need to min the materials once in order to have a battery forever.

Our mission is simple: provide safe, reliable storage that pushed down the cost per kWH, can be 100% locally made and is fully circular.

Our launch product is a 10 kWh “energy brick” built around our sodium-ion cells with novel cathode technology:

  • Self-contained – plug it in for instant peak-shaving, solar smoothing, or backup power.
  • Snap-together growth – stack bricks up to 100 kWh.
